To the extent our services are subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and applicable state financial privacy regulations, we handle that information in accordance with those requirements.

We collect NPI only as necessary to evaluate, structure, and place financing and to provide our advisory services. We do not disclose NPI to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted or required by law - for example, to lenders and funding partners to pursue financing you have requested, to credit reporting agencies, to comply with regulatory requirements, or to respond to a subpoena.
